1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

By using PorteMore, you represent that:

  • You meet the minimum age requirement

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

We do not knowingly allow use of the Website by children under 13.

2. Products & Services

PorteMore sells physical, made-to-order products.

All products are:

  • Produced only after an order is placed

  • Fulfilled and shipped via our print-on-demand partner Printify

Because products are custom-made, availability, production time, and fulfillment may vary.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers, including:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (via Stripe)

We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud

  • Correct pricing or product description errors

  • Limit quantities per customer when necessary

4. Order Production & Shipping

  • Orders typically enter production within 24–72 hours

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or third parties are outside our control

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Our Refund & Return Policy forms part of these Terms.

Order Cancellations

  • Allowed only before production begins

  • Once production or shipping starts, orders cannot be canceled

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are available only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • The item significantly differs from the product description

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with clear photographic evidence.

Change-of-mind refunds after shipping are not accepted.

6. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

  • All activities conducted under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property
