Refund & Return Policy

All our products are made-to-order and shipped through our fulfillment partner Printify.


1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

Item arrives damaged

Item has a manufacturing defect

Item received is significantly different from the product description

Order cancellation before production or shipping begins

Not Eligible for Refund

Change of mind after shipping

Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

Minor variations in color or print placement

Normal wear and tear


2. Reporting an Issue

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Order number

Clear photos of the issue

Description of the problem

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.


3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law


4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
Once production or shipping has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
