What Type of Photos Can I Upload?
While most people upload a photo of their favorite person or pet, we've seen it all and you can upload a photo of whatever you'd like (long as you own the rights to the image)! For best results, we encourage customers to upload a photo that is close-up, well-lit, and features the entire subject(s).
Can I Upload Multiple Photos For My Custom Air Freshener?
While we currently only offer the ability to upload one photo per custom air freshener, if your photo features multiple subjects, we'll be sure to include all of them in your design, unless otherwise noted in your cropping instructions!
What If The Photo Doesn't Turn Out Good?
If the photo you upload is too low quality or too pixelated, we may contact you to request a higher-quality version. Additionally, after your order is placed, we'll crop your photo(s) based on the cropping instructions that you selected. Once we have completed your design(s), you'll receive an email from us prompting you to review your proof(s).
Can I Use Copyrighted Images For my Air Freshener?
We cannot print copyrighted images unless you have permission from the copyright holder. By uploading an image, you confirm that you have the right to use the photo and that it does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights.
What Happens If The Photo I Upload Isn’t Appropriate Or Violates Our Guidelines?
If the photo you upload violates our content guidelines (e.g., contains offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content), we will contact you and ask you to provide a new photo. We reserve the right to refuse any designs that do not meet our standards.
How Do I Submit My Photo?
When placing your order, there will be an option to upload your photo directly on the product page. Simply click the "Upload" button and select your file from your device. If you're having trouble uploading your photo, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Will We Crop Your Photo?
Yes, our team of talented graphic designers will crop your photo for you, based on the crop option that you select.
What Crop Options Do We Offer?
A full list of our crop options and descriptions can be found on our catalog. Additionally, we offer an "Other" crop option that allows you to type your own custom cropping instructions, at no additional charge.
Will I Be Able To Review My Design?
Yes, after your order is placed, we'll crop your photo(s) based on the cropping instructions that you selected. Once we have completed your design(s), you'll receive an email from us prompting you to review your proof(s).

What Is Our Turnaround Time?
Due to the extensive customized made-to-order nature of our items, the amount of time that an order takes to be shipped depends on our order volume at the time that an order is placed. With that being said, you can view the "Estimated Delivery Date"
What Shipping Methods Do We Offer?
We currently offer USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. Please note that shipping method selection simply effects the method in which your order is shipped and does not impact your order's turnaround time.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your shipping method selection & delivery address and sizes, usually ranges between $6.00-$8.00. We also offer Free Shipping on orders $45+.
Do We Ship Internationally?
