1. Order Processing & Production
All products sold by PorteMore are made-to-order.
Once an order is placed:
It typically enters production within 2–5 business days
Orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner Printify
Because products are custom-made, processing times may vary depending on order volume and product type.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
After production is completed, orders are shipped via third-party carriers.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
Carrier issues
Weather conditions
High demand periods
Factors beyond our control
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are:
Calculated at checkout
Based on product type, quantity, and destination
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:

Tracking information will be provided when available
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
PorteMore is not responsible for:
Delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses
Orders returned due to address errors
Reshipping costs, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed:

Replacement or refund decisions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Eligible cases may receive a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
9. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, except where prohibited by applicable law.
